Single Class Beyond Basics: Level 1 turns fundamentals into a dance! This drop-in option is perfect for experienced dancers who can't commit to a full month but want to level up their social dancing. February Theme: The Power of Pushes This month, we are breaking down the compression and leverage needed to make your sugar pushes feel effortless, then expanding your repertoire with Sugar Tucks and creative variations. Tighten the Basics: Clean up footwork and timing for a rock-solid foundation. Explore Pattern Options: Learn to transition in and out of pushes with seamless flow. Add Your Own Flair: Styling options for both Leads and Follows. What’s Included: 6:30 PM – Level 1 Core Class: Join the cohort for tonight's themed lesson. 7:30 PM – Social Dance: Stay and practice what you learned!
