Cancellation Policy

West Slope Westies: 10-for-10 Mini-Private Policy Strict Punctuality: Because these sessions are only 10 minutes long, there is no "grace period." Please be ready at the designated coaching area 2 minutes before your start time. If you are late, that time is deducted from your 10 minutes. If you are more than 2 minutes late, the session is forfeited without a refund. One Session Limit: To ensure as many dancers as possible receive feedback, students are limited to one 10-minute session per teacher, per night. "Stacking" or booking back-to-back sessions to create a longer private lesson is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate bookings found in the system will be canceled and refunded. Non-Refundable & Date-Specific: These sessions are non-refundable and valid ONLY for the specific time and date selected at checkout. Because our instructors are volunteering their time and slots are extremely limited, we cannot offer credits, transfers, or "roll-overs" if you miss your appointment. Social Entry Required: This registration is for a 10-minute coaching session only. You must also be registered for the Wednesday Social Dance to enter the venue and participate. Altitude & Safety: We are coaching at 6,512 ft. One-on-one sessions can be physically intense; please listen to your body and stay hydrated. Clean, non-marking shoes are required to protect our dance floor. Supporting the Mission: West Slope Westies is a 501(c)3 non-profit. 100% of your $10 fee goes directly toward our venue costs and community programming.
