Service Description

Break up the work week and get your dance fix! Our Wednesday Night Social is a dedicated space for the West Coast Swing community to connect, practice, and play. Whether you’re a Wednesday student looking to drill your new patterns or a seasoned dancer wanting to socialize, the floor is open for you. When: Every Wednesday Night Cost: $10 (FREE for Class Participants: If you registered for any Wednesday class your social dance entry is already included! You do not need to register here.) Vibe: Social, supportive, and community-focused. No Partner Needed. Registration stays open throughout the evening—feel free to book on your phone even after you arrive! Date-Specific: Your registration is valid ONLY for the specific date selected at checkout. No Transfers/Roll-overs: We cannot transfer your registration to a future date or "roll it over" if you are unable to attend. Please ensure you are booking for the correct Wednesday! West Slope Westies (501c3): As a volunteer-run non-profit, your entry fee helps us keep the lights on and the music playing. Footwear: To preserve our floor, please bring clean, non-marking shoes to change into.

Cancellation Policy

Social Dance Policy Online Payment Required: To keep our check-in process smooth and allow our DJs to focus on the music, all social dance entries must be purchased online via the Socials & Drop-ins tab. How to Check-In: Purchase your pass on your phone (before you arrive or at the door). Show your digital receipt (the Wix order confirmation email) to the DJ or staff member at the booth. Hit the floor! The Fine Print: Non-Refundable: Social dance passes are valid only for the date purchased and cannot be rolled forward or refunded. Included with Series: If you are currently registered for a 4-week Basics or Level 1 series, your social entry is already included—just show the DJ your series confirmation. Altitude Awareness: We are dancing at 6,512 ft in Aztec, NM. Please stay hydrated, take breaks as needed, and monitor your exertion levels.
